By registering as a student/ client of Samadi Yoga (“Samadi Melbet & Holistic Centre” or “Samadi Yoga Dhaka”), both physical and virtual services, I agree to the following:

• I will be participating in yoga classes, health programs, workshops, and other wellness, exercise, and healing arts activities offered by Samadi Yoga. The activities may be offered in the physical location of the Studio or may be offered online by videos, apps, or other digital media or platforms.
• I understand that services offered by Samadi may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will not sue or make any other claims of any kind Melbet against Samadi, or its members for any personal injury, property damage
• All participants release Melbet the owner, instructors and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or others and 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
• Yoga (Asana Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By reading this document, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the teacher If I am pregnant, become Melbet or I am post-natal or post-surgical, I verify that I have my physician’s approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Samadi (Samadi Yoga Dhaka; Samadi Holistic Centre). I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am participating voluntarily and recognize that this document serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by the law of Canada and
