For Virtual Classes
- Use external speakers or Bluetooth microphones etc to receive the most out of your experience, if you so feel it’s necessary. Melbet the teacher clearly is key.

For In-Person Classes
- Arrive at least15 minutesbefore the class because we start right on Melbet
- Ensure that you Melbet eat at least three hours before the class
- Arrive well hydrated
- If you are not acquainted with yoga or any other Melbet of work don’t worry. That’s why we are here.
- Different people and their bodies respond differently to yogic moves, bends and twists, so comes Melbet no rigid beliefs
